Summary:
Dragonsdawn -- Deadly spores threaten the human colony of Pern unless the colonists, with help from geneticist Kitti Ping, can develop fire-breathing dragons to combat the menace.
Dragonseye -- On the planet Pern, two farseeing dragon riders train their troops--mounted on genetically engineered dragons--for the battle with the Thread, an evil force. Portents of all sorts, including violent storms and erupting volcanos, point to the Thread's coming, but most of the planet prefers to ignore them, lulled into complacency by 200 years of peace.
Moreta -- Moreta, Weyrwoman of Fort Weyr, struggles to save the dragons of Pern from a deadly plague and risks her life to destroy the lethal parasite Thread and to preserve the future of the planet.
